Why It Mattered
It reduced the manual effort involved in investigating disputed POS transactions and supported faster exception handling for financial operations teams.
How It Was Built
My contribution focused on the application experience for reconciliation work: presenting complex transaction records clearly, supporting discrepancy review, and shaping screens around the actions operators needed to take to compare and resolve issues.
